This is a die-cast MAN Faun Refuse Lorry. 

Slide the button on the side of the lorry and the cab tips forward.

The back lifts up to let the rubbish that has been collected be unloaded.

The plastic grey bin on the back will swing up to be emptied and then back down and can also be removed.
